TrueConform AI Act Scan is a product of PilotMain LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use TrueConform AI Act Scan.

What we collect

Scan URLs you submit, so we can fetch and analyse the public pages.
Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps — used for abuse prevention and reliability.
Billing data if you subscribe to Pro — processed by Stripe. We store a signed session cookie referencing your Stripe customer ID; we do not store card numbers.
Cookies for Pro access (trueconform_pro) and preferred report language (trueconform_lang).

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not intentionally scan private networks or authenticated pages. Scan results are informational and not legal advice.

Retention

Free scans are processed on demand and not stored as a permanent customer database. Rate-limit counters are ephemeral. Stripe retains billing records per their policies.
